What you will do

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps aligned with firm strategy and technology priorities.
• Establish project plans, scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, success criteria, and stakeholder accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to drive execution of complex initiatives.
• Track and report project progress, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Standardize project management practices, facilitate meetings and working sessions, and support initiative prioritization based on business impact and resource availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience in IT project management or a related function, including complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and deliverables.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to build and manage project roadmaps and timelines.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively.
