Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States

Base salary: $103,000–$125,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with departmental strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept through completion, managing resources, schedules, scope, financials, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and emerging issues, assess downstream impacts, and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate collaboration and accountability across internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Establish communication plans, influence strategy, lead organizational change, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement, mentor others, and partner with senior leadership on strategic relationships, innovation, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience preferred, including at least 5 years leading initiatives with significant scope and impact.
• Experience applying strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, and autonomous problem resolution in Agile environments.
• Ability to lead complex, broad-impact initiatives while managing competing priorities and adapting to emerging needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, gain buy-in, and lead through change.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategic insights across all organizational levels.
• High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and corporate maturity.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in project management and function-specific technologies.
• Ability to identify development opportunities, seek coaching, and apply feedback with accountability.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
• Experience in payments and disbursements.
