Sr. Director, HR Business Partner

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid

Salary: $144,000–$216,000 per year. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply in California, New York City, and other eligible locations.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leaders and vice presidents to develop and execute organizational and HR strategies.
• Advise business leadership teams on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Lead complex programs and large-scale organizational transformation efforts while maintaining employee engagement and business performance.
• Develop change management strategies that build organizational readiness, drive adoption, and sustain business outcomes.
• Manage HR Leads and coordinate with HR Consultants and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs effectively.
• Represent business needs in corporate HR initiatives, policy discussions, and escalated employee or organizational matters.

Requirements

• 10 years of human resources experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in workforce planning, change management, organizational design, talent management, performance management, and strategic and operational planning.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to implement and sustain HR programs that support business goals.
• Excellent consultative, interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
