LTL Operations (Logistics)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, with flexibility based on coverage.

What you will do

• Enter orders into the company software system and external websites.
• Review load boards, provide updates to carrier sales teams, and ensure assigned orders are in transit according to customer specifications.
• Confirm carriers on booked loads and provide carriers with relevant order information and updates.
• Resolve operational issues, audit invoices, and communicate changes internally.
• Review aging reports and communicate with carriers regarding issues and payment status.
• Provide spot quotes to customers or internal sales teams when the primary designate is unavailable.

Requirements

• Proficient bilingual English and Spanish communication skills for verbal and written communication.
• Preferred experience in customer service, procurement, or a related role; experience at a freight brokerage is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to plan and organize orders while maintaining quality standards in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible, can-do attitude in a dynamic work environment.
• Effective communication skills.
