Logistics Coordinator (Network Management Center)

What you will do

• Track and trace customer shipments, manage bookings, and oversee critical shipments.
• Monitor aircraft-on-ground shipments and specialized logistics services, including temperature-controlled shipments.
• Coordinate proactively with hirify.global districts, service providers, and customers internationally.
• Provide timely and accurate transportation visibility and information across customer accounts.
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned customers and maintain high service levels.
• Deliver accountable, exceptional customer service across all accounts.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Fluent English and Spanish for applications in Mexico.

Nice to have

• High School Diploma.
• One year of customer service experience and one year of logistics-related experience.
• Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products or knowledge of data visualization tools and scripting, including Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
• Ability to present and communicate work to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and decision-makers.
• IATA, FIATA, or MITX qualifications.
