Clinical Training Program Field Specialist- Northeast

Location: Remote work available; candidate must reside within 2 hours of Boston and cover New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York State. Travel up to 50% may be required. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Annualized salary range: $57,400–$97,500 USD.

What you will do

• Execute and manage Clinical Training Program events for licensed healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate training on prescribing information and hands-on insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion of a birth control implant.
• Organize the end-to-end process for setting up, executing, and completing training events.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including required disclosures about the program and its trainers.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Training Program team, healthcare professionals, academic centers, organizations, business partners, sales teams, regional management, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• US or Puerto Rico residency and ability to reside within 2 hours of Boston.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites.
• Valid driving license.

Nice to have

• At least one year of professional experience, particularly in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field.
• High-level customer service experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance concepts, including laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical and vaccine marketing and sales activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
