Sr. Staff. FICO Analyst

What you will do

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP FICO, with primary responsibility for SAP Controlling modules.
• Gather requirements and design scalable SAP solutions with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Configure and support CO capabilities including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Profitability Analysis, allocations, assessments, and settlements.
• Support FI processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, and period-end close.
• Lead costing models, cost allocations, profitability reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting initiatives.
• Create functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP and integration teams, lead unit, integration, and UAT testing, troubleshoot production issues, support financial close, SOX controls, audits, and ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP ECC FICO experience with significant hands-on SAP CO expertise.
• Experience with Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, PP, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Experience creating functional specifications and working with technical teams on custom development and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional ERP projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, electronics, or supply chain-intensive industries.
