Lead QA Test Analyst

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent manual testing efforts as project test lead.
• Create test strategy and plan documents in collaboration with development teams, subject-matter experts, and business stakeholders.
• Create system integration test cases and scripts, and support user acceptance testing with business testers.
• Prepare testing estimates, implementation plans, execution metrics, defect metrics, and status reports.
• Coordinate test data, environments, test results, and defect resolution with project managers and technical teams.
• Verify production implementations, participate in quality assurance reviews, and coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of quality assurance testing and meeting facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with system integration testing, disaster recovery testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to comply with software development lifecycle standards, strategies, plans, and procedures.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of test data requirements and experience planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios.
• Experience with test management tools such as Quality Center, automation tools, and defect tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Previous analytical experience analyzing problems and results.
