Quality / QA Lead (CMMI ML3) - Federal Health (healthcare technology): Leading quality assurance across federal healthcare program task areas and reviewing deliverables, processes, and documentation for contractual and CMMI ML3 compliance with an accent on independent quality reviews, process compliance, and corrective actions. Focus on maintaining quality records, facilitating continuous process improvement, and supporting governance and quality reporting for a large federal healthcare modernization initiative.
Location: Remote; supports a U.S. federal healthcare modernization initiative.

What you will do
- Lead quality assurance activities across all PWS task areas from 3.1 through 3.10.
- Conduct independent quality reviews and verify that deliverables meet established standards and contractual requirements before customer submission.
- Support CMMI Maturity Level 3 process compliance, perform process compliance reviews, and document quality findings.
- Track quality issues, support corrective actions, and maintain quality assurance records and process compliance documentation.
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Program Management, technical teams, and government stakeholders on quality best practices, governance, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, aligned to the GSA MAS GS-00F-243DA Health IT Quality Assurance Analyst III labor category.
- Experience supporting quality assurance, process compliance, or quality management activities in enterprise IT or healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting CMMI Maturity Level 3 and process quality initiatives.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; Level 3 Public Trust is required if assigned to GovCloud, GAL, or VA OIT.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other federal healthcare organizations.
- Experience with health IT, telehealth, or federal program management.
