QA Engineer Middle (NLP)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and integration specifications; help refine acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports, and traceability matrices.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, including entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Test end-to-end scenarios between IQVIA PRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365, validating field mapping, data completeness, duplicates, synchronization, and error handling.
• Perform basic API testing with Postman, validate data with SQL queries, and manage defects in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, prepare test data, assist business users, and verify quality after Microsoft platform updates and releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM platform such as Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
• Strong knowledge of QA theory, testing types, and test design techniques.
• Experience writing test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Experience testing system integrations and checking data consistency.
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and basic API testing experience with Postman or a similar tool.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Understanding of the SDLC and STLC, with experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
