Commissions Analyst (SaaS)

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Calculate monthly commissions for employees worldwide, distribute statements, and assist with commission disputes.
• Complete CRM account reassignments for new employees.
• Manage the CaptivateIQ commissions platform.
• Create commission plans for new employees and future planning cycles.
• Support annual commission planning by estimating quotas by region and role and drafting revenue-oriented plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales VPs on Rules of Engagement, rep performance reviews, and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience, preferably in the technology industry.
• Experience with Salesforce and commission software such as CaptivateIQ.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting and analysis.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including direct work with Sales leadership and handling sensitive compensation conversations.
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
