Sr. Associate LPM Analyst (Hybrid)

Salary: USD $101,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Support an assigned portfolio and contribute to product transformation across product strategy, agile planning, execution, governance, and playbook development.
• Support portfolio leaders with financial governance, benefit-realization measures, reporting, objectives and key results, product roadmaps, and solution roadmaps.
• Create content for and co-facilitate tailored workshops that advance product maturity.
• Support monthly portfolio governance reviews, maintain alignment between business and IT, surface impediments, and remove blockers.
• Contribute to the transition from project accounting to product-model funding and budgeting, as well as enhancements and adoption of agile work management tools.
• Serve as a scrum master or product owner on a dedicated agile team and independently drive special projects such as customer journey mapping.

Requirements

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Working knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies, including at least 1 year of direct Agile Scrum or Kanban experience.
• Working knowledge of software development life cycles.
• Experience with Agile project management software, especially Microsoft Azure DevOps and TargetProcess.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities.
• Low to moderate technical domain proficiency and a proactive, self-starting approach.
• 2–3 years of business analysis or project management experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
