Senior Business Analyst (UiPath)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship.

Salary: $95,000–$137,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical pods by translating complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be states for efficient automation.
• Author Process Design Documents and collaborate on Solution Designs with clear logic and traceability.
• Review Technical Design Documents, perform gap analysis, and lead process validation.
• Advise clients on long-term AI and automation roadmaps, progressing from tactical delivery to strategic advisory.
• Drive adoption of Intelligent Document Processing, Process Mining, and emerging technologies for autonomous and agentic ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on Intelligent Automation, RPA such as UiPath, or AI-driven application engineering.
• Understanding of modern AI architectures, including the ability to design workflows using LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven Process Mining or Task Mining platforms such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining, beyond manual process mapping.
• Knowledge of core banking systems: FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, and Archer.
• Expertise in authoring rigorous Process Design Documents and collaborating on Solution Design Documents with strict traceability.
• Strong experience working in Agile frameworks and translating between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering pods.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst certification.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
