Corporate FP&A Manager – Finance Transformation (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four office days per week.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 yearly, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to design and build SAP Analytics Cloud planning and analytics solutions.
• Design and develop SAC models and dashboards for Corporate FP&A and other finance teams.
• Lead SAC training sessions and dashboard-building workshops after gaining sufficient familiarity with the tool.
• Drive continuous FP&A and operational finance process improvement, including adoption of new features and technologies.
• Potentially manage the Corporate FP&A system instance as a business-user administrator.
• Support changing priorities and projects across corporate finance, including company-wide consolidation and collaboration with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another relevant area and at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or related roles.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and FP&A methodologies, processes, and systems.
• Exceptional ability to visually represent financial insights clearly and informatively.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and process-design skills.
• Visual design skills for reports and dashboards.
• Data, finance, and analytics systems proficiency.
• Collaboration and project management skills.
