Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Remote within and residence in the continental United States. hirify.global has physical offices in New York and Ann Arbor, Michigan, but this role is distributed across the continental U.S.

Salary: $76,320–$95,400 per year

What you will do

• Partner with senior product and functional leaders on cost support, financial risks, margin drivers, resource tradeoffs, initiatives, pricing changes, and portfolio investments.
• Lead rolling forecasts, monthly and quarterly executive financial reviews, variance analysis, long-range planning, and scenario modeling for complex multi-entity areas.
• Maintain cost allocation, non-payroll cost, headcount, payroll, software, cloud, and purchase order planning data across four business units.
• Build reliable financial narratives and decision-support reporting for JSTOR, JSTOR Stewardship, Portico, and hirify.global S+R.
• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning, Databricks, and Tableau while partnering with Accounting on Acumatica-to-Adaptive data flows.
• Improve data architecture, reporting governance, forecasting workflows, automation, AI-assisted analysis, and FP&A technology integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, reporting, version control, and allocations.
• Strong working knowledge of Acumatica ERP and financial data structures.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
• Advanced Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and BI capabilities, including Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Must be able to work and reside in the continental United States.
• Must not require any type of immigration or permanent work authorization sponsorship in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or hybrid subscription and services business models.
• Familiarity with automation, AI-assisted analysis, or advanced analytics tools.
