Change Partner Lead (ERP)

Location: Remote; significant travel required, including office and outside locations.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver complex technical training across solution areas and technologies in partnership with technology product owners and solution architects.
• Lead the development of best practices and standards for analysts, training curricula, stakeholder communications, change-readiness activities, and outcome objectives.
• Create and lead agile learning strategies, including training materials, learning objectives, and evaluation approaches.
• Develop leadership training and communications practices and coordinate change-management activities across multiple sites with OCM, Communications, Training, L&D, and local site leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and business process owners to understand initiatives, challenges, change impacts, and priorities.
• Analyze program effectiveness, report findings to functional and organizational leaders, and provide recommendations while serving as a deep technical resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
• Ability to manage change, anticipate adoption risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, trainers, and business partners.
• Ability to evaluate problems, analyze information, interpret numerical data, and communicate key facts clearly.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills, including presenting complex information concisely to appropriate audiences.
• Business and financial acumen, including understanding P&L, financial analysis, KPIs, business segments, customer sales, and engagement.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, customer focus, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships, coach and mentor others, foster inclusion, and lead through empathy, integrity, and collaboration.
• Ability to travel significantly and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
