SAP Change Manager/SAP OCM Lead

Location: Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, or Ukraine; mostly remote with travel for workshops and training in the project countries.

SAP S/4HANA global template rollout project for an international manufacturing company producing equipment and materials for heavy manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of change management activities for SAP projects.
• Bridge business and IT by translating business requirements into actionable change strategies.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support business users during transition to the new SAP system and minimize disruption.
• Oversee training programs, UAT, and other activities required for system readiness.
• Optimize business processes to align with SAP capabilities and group standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or change leadership within multinational environments.
• Hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management, including Change Impact Assessment, preferably in SAP or other ERP implementation projects.
• Involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation, ideally as a functional OCM expert responsible for change adoption and impact analysis.
• Ability to assess impacts across processes, roles, and systems and translate findings into actionable change strategies.
• Experience engaging stakeholders, including executive sponsors and business leaders.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans, training strategies, and end-user readiness programs.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies, including ADKAR, and related tools; understanding of ERP processes, especially SAP ERP, S/4HANA, or ECC.
• Ability to map business processes, identify optimization opportunities, manage multiple priorities, solve problems, deliver training, support UAT, and bridge business and IT teams.
• Fluent English.

• Master’s degree.
• Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification.
• Additional languages relevant to Turkey, Romania, or Bulgaria.
