Senior Piping Designer (Plant 3D)

What you will do

• Execute detailed piping engineering design and 2D/3D modeling for industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.
• Develop design estimates and review vendor drawings.
• Manage assigned piping engineering tasks against project schedules, technical quality standards, scope parameters, and budget constraints.
• Identify and communicate scope or design changes promptly.
• Mentor junior professionals and support their technical development.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) or a similar technical discipline.
• At least 15 years of dedicated piping design experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of piping design in 2D/3D modeling packages such as Hexagon SmartPlant (S3D) or Autodesk Plant 3D.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, natural curiosity, and excellent written and verbal communication.
