AI Product Owner (Semiconductor Metrology)

Location: Rehovot, Israel. Full-time, onsite role with approximately 20% travel. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Define and drive the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation semiconductor metrology.
• Identify customer challenges and translate customer needs, industry trends, and emerging AI technologies into product opportunities, requirements, and priorities.
• Lead AI product initiatives from concept through development, validation, and customer adoption.
• Partner with R&D, Algorithms, Software, Applications, Engineering, Field, and customers to develop scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate technical and product trade-offs against customer and production requirements.
• Track AI, semiconductor, and competitive developments and translate relevant trends into future product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Materials Science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, technical leadership, or the semiconductor or related industry.
• Strong technical orientation and the ability to understand complex, multidisciplinary systems and technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical and customer challenges into clear product strategy, requirements, and priorities.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work directly with customers and drive topics end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven product development.
• Experience bringing new technologies into production environments.
• Semiconductor industry experience, particularly in metrology, inspection, process control, or related areas.
• Basic programming or coding knowledge.
