SVP Product (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while establishing product practices, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration, working with Engineering, Data, and Design.
• Lead customer roadmap reviews, gather requirements, present product direction, and engage enterprise stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Translate complex AI and algorithmic capabilities into clear user experiences and value propositions while managing delivery timelines and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 6 years in a product leadership role.
• Experience owning and shipping complex technical products, ideally involving AI, data platforms, or algorithmic systems.
• Hands-on leadership experience, combining strategic direction with execution.
• Experience managing and coaching Product Managers, building healthy team culture, and maintaining a high performance bar.
• Confidence engaging directly with enterprise buyers, presenting to senior stakeholders, and converting feedback into product decisions.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with designers throughout the product process.
• Business-oriented understanding of how product decisions affect revenue, retention, and company growth.
• Clear, direct communication skills for simplifying complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, move quickly, and take full ownership of outcomes.
