Intermediate Business Analyst

Location: United Kingdom; candidates must live within reasonable travelling distance of a hirify.global office and be open to working at a hirify.global or client site at least 2 days per week. Relocation support of up to £8,000 is available.

What you will do

• Analyse complex business problems and user needs, recommend service and product improvements, and provide evidence-based advice.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, build stakeholder relationships, and align participants around shared goals.
• Document and analyse business processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Gather, clarify and translate project needs into clear instructions and requirements for delivery teams.
• Work with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to maintain and prioritise the team backlog.
• Support product testing to ensure solutions work for users.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and working on Agile projects.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources, interpret findings, and recommend actions.
• Experience using different modelling techniques and selecting the appropriate approach.
• Experience collaborating with designers and understanding how user research informs project needs.
• Ability to communicate findings confidently to project teams using facts and evidence.

Nice to have

• Ability to use data to support clear thinking and decision-making.
• Experience prioritising items on a project plan.
• Experience influencing design decisions, including user research approaches and product design.
