What you will do

• Engage with end-users, Product Owners, and domain experts to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models while maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
• Support SAFe PI planning by defining feature dependencies, enabler stories, and business value metrics.
• Map legacy workflows and design optimized future-state business processes for digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions and convert complex operational scenarios into actionable specifications.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business SME, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user-story grooming in Agile Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Proficiency with agile backlog management tools: Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong capability in process mapping, data modeling, and requirements traceability documentation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and modern digital delivery paradigms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, active listening, ambiguity resolution, and facilitation skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent education or a higher degree.
• Formal Business Analysis certification, such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or Foundation, or IIBA ECBA/CCBA.

Nice to have

• Agile or SAFe credential, such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
