What you will do

Lead the analysis, design, optimisation, and governance of business processes.
Bridge business needs with strategic, operational, and technical solutions.
Support business transformation initiatives and ensure measurable value delivery.
Help teams navigate change through system implementations, testing, training, and change management.
Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a global environment.
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process improvement, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with tools such as Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting business transformation, system implementations, testing, training, and change management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

Relevant degree.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with customer journey mapping.
