Refurbished Equipment Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Hourly pay rate: $22.00–$30.00

hirify.global develops medical devices, software, and related services for diagnosing and treating serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions. The Acute Care Technology division serves EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally.

What you will do

• Coordinate equipment movement from warehouses to the depot and organize storage according to pending orders and min-max catalog criteria.
• Match refurbishment orders with suitable returned devices and segregate equipment for salvage, conversion, or disposal.
• Monitor inventory backlogs, generate status reports, update stock quantities, and maintain ERP records.
• Provide sales teams with inventory availability, lead-time, and pricing information.
• Coordinate large-volume orders between sales and the service depot to support timely refurbishment and fulfillment.
• Analyze inventory data and identify process improvements that reduce lead times and optimize asset utilization.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage operational tasks and strategic asset oversight.
• Experience with inventory classification, refurbishment process management, and asset tracking.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze backlogs, and drive process improvements.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional standing, walking, talking, and hearing, constant sitting, and frequent repetitive motions.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or asset management within a regulated environment.
• Customer-facing experience.
