Supervisor, Warehouse

Location: Marlborough, MA, United States

Salary: $79,800–$132,800 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse, logistics, distribution, and carrier activities to execute customer orders on schedule and in full.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, returns, inventory, and domestic and international shipments by parcel, ocean freight, and air freight.
• Plan resources, adjust staffing, manage warehouse slotting, and oversee distribution operations and production-plan changes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, location accuracy, transaction integrity, cycle counts, ERP processes, and SOX compliance.
• Control expiration-date, FEFO, and LEFO processes and prevent shipment of expired products.
• Coach and develop subordinate personnel, conduct training, review performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree may be held.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
• Knowledge of inventory techniques and inventory computer systems and applications.
• Experience in warehouse management and executing domestic and international shipments.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound operations, including imports, with internal and external partners.
• Effective verbal and written communication, problem solving, critical thinking, judgment, and time and task management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to comply with applicable FDA regulations, ISO requirements, company policies, and quality system procedures.
