Supply Planning and Purchasing Manager, ASEAN (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end raw material, production, and distribution planning across ASEAN using OMP as the primary planning tool.
• Manage purchasing and procurement of direct raw materials for ASEAN manufacturing while balancing service and cost.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and key user for OMP, PTD, PTP, and MDM processes and support Oracle Fusion ERP systems implementation.
• Set stock-level parameters, manage working capital across ASEAN plants and distribution centres, and maintain product delivery performance.
• Lead supply-chain-related new product introduction projects, supplier audits, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Manage a regional team, partner with Commercial and S&OP teams, represent ASEAN Supply Chain on APAC forums, and ensure regulatory compliance for pressure-sensitive labels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain.
• At least 10+ years of supply chain management experience in the pressure-sensitive or a similar industry.
• Subject matter expertise, key-user experience, and hands-on systems implementation experience with OMP are required.
• Subject matter expertise and key-user experience with PTD, PTP, and MDM in Oracle Fusion ERP are required.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP systems implementation experience is required.
• Experience managing raw-material purchasing and procurement in the pressure-sensitive or a similar industry is required.
• Experience in production and raw-material planning in the pressure-sensitive or a similar industry is required.
• Experience managing a team across the ASEAN region is required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills in strategy, communication, and execution.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of S&OP and long-range planning processes in the pressure-sensitive industry.
• In-depth understanding of government regulations across ASEAN for pressure-sensitive labels.
• Hands-on experience managing working capital across the ASEAN region or a similar business environment.
• Change management experience.
• Experience in ELS or process improvement.
