Warehouse Operations Support (Logistics)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Develop warehouse procurement plans based on business needs and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and material usage.
• Purchase office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
• Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and support cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and frequency.
• Verify monthly warehouse operating expense accruals and support expense settlement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
