Senior Executive Operations Program Manager

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with an onsite cadence of 3 days per week in the Foster City office.

Base salary: $165,000–$199,000 per year. Additional compensation may include Amazon RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and a sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development, alignment, and tracking of company strategic focus areas.
• Plan executive forums, shape meeting agendas and content, and track actions for leadership meetings and offsites.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reporting by synthesizing strategic initiatives, business performance metrics, and cross-functional updates.
• Manage and improve the VIP Visitor Program, delivering high-impact visitor experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for operational scalability, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness through standardized workflows, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visibility tools.
• Drive adoption of operational programs through company-wide training, change management, and rollout strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office roles, project management, operations, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Experience with program management frameworks, strategic planning, and business operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence in executive operations.
• Ability to synthesize complex strategic information into cohesive narratives rather than only reporting data.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicle or technology industries.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience with Google Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
• Experience with strategic planning and KPI design.
• Financial and operational analysis experience.
