Manufacturing Recruiter - Limited Term Employee

Location: Hybrid in Sumter, United States; 3 days onsite in the Sumter office and 2 days virtually, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments on recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against position requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged through timely communication about their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or medical device environments.
