Recruiter

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Connecticut Branch, 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, CT 06374, United States. Travel to recruitment events and hirify.global's North American locations is required for initial training.

Salary: $68,000–$100,000 per year. New hires receive a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for the growing warehouse operation, covering entry-level, technical, and high-level roles.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, responsibilities, qualifications, and skills, then prepare recruitment plans.
• Interview applicants and evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to travel to recruitment events and hirify.global's North American locations for initial training.
