Supply Chain Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with procurement, planning, supplier development, logistics, product management, and IT to improve supply chain operations.
• Gather, extract, enter, sort, and filter supply chain data.
• Perform in-depth quantitative analysis and prepare reports for supply chain decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to add value, improve functionality, and drive continuous improvement across the business supply chain.
• Create BI dashboards and reports using supply chain data.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or equivalent management in a fast-paced, discrete, multi-process environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP, preferably Oracle, and/or MRP systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, or Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, statistical applications, and logistics software packages.
• Experience creating BI dashboards and reports.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain functions such as sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, shipping and logistics, or receiving.
• Experience with or demonstrated understanding of internal customer requirements at a manufacturing facility.
