Supply Chain Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel.

What you will do

• Plan and schedule production orders and place purchase orders to support production.
• Manage material and capacity exceptions, resolve constraints, and escalate production issues as needed.
• Optimize production lot sizes, production cycles, safety stocks, inventory, service levels, and costs.
• Ensure accurate requirements for upstream and downstream operations, including outside plants.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners and business partners to present optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and execute global production planning process standards for NWI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote.
• Experience with ERP, MPS, and MRP systems, whether integrated or not integrated.

• CPIM APICS certification.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading communication across all organizational levels.
• Experience with projects and Lean Six Sigma tools.
