Requirements Manager (Cloud Migration)

Location: Stafford, Virginia, United States; work in the Stafford, VA office

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage, prioritize, and maintain program and team backlogs.
• Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, technical leads, and stakeholders to identify and refine requirements.
• Write clear, testable Acceptance Test Criteria for user stories and features.
• Help define MVP scope, identify dependencies, and clarify delivery expectations.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, requirements walkthroughs, and clarification discussions.
• Maintain documentation and traceability, resolve requirement gaps, and coach Business Analysts and Scrum Masters.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, or technical consulting.
• Experience grooming, prioritizing, and maintaining backlogs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Experience capturing, refining, and documenting requirements and writing Acceptance Test Criteria.
• Ability to conduct research and analysis, ensure compliance with program constraints, and maintain lifecycle traceability.
• Ability to work with delivery teams to ensure stories are ready for development.
