Web Developer (React & Next.js)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; office-first culture with three days a week in office for most roles.

Annual base pay range: $81,150–$108,200 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The role may also include discretionary bonuses, equity, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and marketing websites using React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable, accessible, performant front-end components, design-system patterns, and responsive layouts.
• Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into clean, maintainable front-end code.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams; contribute to reviews, testing, documentation, and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong production experience with React and Next.js.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.
• Understanding of server-side rendering, static site generation, routing, and performance optimization in Next.js.
• Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with structured CMS content.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO practices, and cross-browser/device testing.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar; working knowledge of front-end testing approaches and tools.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors, CSS-in-JS, utility-first CSS, or component styling frameworks, plus the ability to estimate, plan, and deliver development tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• AEM experience, especially content authoring, components, templates, or headless CMS integrations.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM Sites.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, or Optimizely.
• Experience with analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing technology integrations.
• Experience with e-commerce, localization, or high-traffic content websites.
