Senior UI/UX Web Developer

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States; U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes for user-centered digital experiences.
• Translate design concepts into clean, maintainable, production-ready front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, perform usability testing, and refine interfaces based on findings and feedback.
• Build responsive, accessible, high-performance web interfaces optimized across devices and browsers, including compliance with WCAG.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Vue.js, or Angular, and manage code with Git-based version control, preferably GitLab.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to resolve usability challenges and align design and development with project objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required; dual citizens may be considered subject to applicable security clearance requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or an equivalent certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end web development.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with GitLab and other Git-based version control systems.
