Solutions Engineer (APAC)

What you will do

• Advise Tier-1 prospects and customers on technical and business requirements and position suitable platform solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customized live demonstrations of hirify.global’s compliance and fraud-prevention platform.
• Lead technical discovery, integration assessment, solution architecture, proofs of concept, and trials.
• Support sales and account teams through deal cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, customer concerns, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Guide customers on API and SDK integration best practices for initial deployments and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Customer Success, sales, and account management teams.

Requirements

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex technical concepts as clear business value to technical and commercial audiences.
• Working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for integrations and customer requirements.
• Full professional fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding background.
• Prior client-facing or presales experience.
• Exposure to Fintech, RegTech, fraud prevention, or compliance.
