Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

Location: Remote; London, EU, GB. The role supports customers across the EMEA region and requires willingness to travel across EMEA for key meetings, workshops, and industry events.

What you will do

• Advise customers on technical and business requirements and position hirify.global solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations of the all-in-one platform.
• Lead technical discovery, integration assessment, solution architecture definition, PoCs, and trials.
• Support account expansion by identifying technical pain points and pitching modules such as Transaction Monitoring, KYB, and fraud workflows.
• Support sales and account teams through deal cycles, including RFPs, RFIs, written responses, and customer discussions.
• Guide API and SDK integrations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly master new technologies and explain complex technical concepts as clear business value to technical and commercial audiences.
• Solid working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for integrations and customer requirements.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding background.
• Prior client-facing or presales experience.
• Curiosity and interest in Fintech, RegTech, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance; domain exposure is a bonus.
