Senior Partner Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Mexico; office location in Mexico City

What you will do

• Support the channel sales team in growing revenue through national and regional channel partners.
• Customize resources to generate partner-sourced opportunities and position hirify.global's market differentiators.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners throughout sales cycles.
• Define solutions and partner go-to-market sales motions.
• Represent partner needs to product, marketing, services, and support teams.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, a related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing technical channel sales or presales.
• Comprehensive understanding of internet technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL.
• Technical knowledge of identity provider systems, including AD, LDAP, and SAML.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Experience presenting technical topics to diverse audiences.
