Assistant Project Manager (Data Center Cooling)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Monday through Thursday onsite with colleagues; Fridays offer flexibility in work location. Local business-day travel is expected, with some projects requiring out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 20%.

Annual base salary: $49,400–$69,755.

What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager and project team across all project phases and aspects.
• Set up projects correctly and ensure the required tools are in place before project start.
• Manage project execution, including budget, schedule, risk mitigation, and production.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, execution plans, scope and contract reviews, and client documentation.
• Coordinate internal departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and technicians throughout execution.
• Manage client relationships, deliverables, and expectations; report risks and solutions to clients and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Professional background in construction, engineering, or management.
• Experience in construction, engineering, and/or management is preferred, with 3 years preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or technical degree in construction, engineering, or a related management discipline.
