Chiller Project Manager II (HVAC)

Location: USA; other location: Alpharetta, GA. US work authorization is required, with travel to the job site as needed.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison with executive stakeholders, clients, internal departments, and team leaders.
• Manage delivery and construction progress for chiller and cooling-equipment projects, including project oversight and quality completion.
• Create and optimize schedules for chiller units and cooling equipment, track heavy-equipment deliveries, and prevent delays.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain safety logs, risk assessments, work plans, drawings, and approval books.
• Assess project specifications and timelines, apply HVAC and project-control knowledge, and ensure compliance with applicable codes.
• Maintain a safe and orderly construction environment while supporting team members and assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Korean proficiency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 years of construction-related experience is preferred; chiller and HVAC experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to optimize schedules and track heavy-equipment deliveries.
• Basic engineering capabilities sufficient to understand specifications and drawings.
• US work authorization is required.
• Strong responsibility, diligence in reporting, detail orientation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Availability to travel to the job site as needed and comfort working in a construction environment.
