Professional Services Project/Program Manager (Construction Technology)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; logistics locations include Lake Oswego, Oregon; Alpharetta, Georgia; and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 annually; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects for major customer accounts from initiation through completion, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze complex client business requirements and develop tailored implementation methodologies with expert consultants.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across matrixed teams and maintain progress toward critical milestones.
• Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders and guide change management and operational data flow.
• Mitigate project risks and establish accurate forecasts for multi-organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices, including PMBOK or Agile.
• Experience driving multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing ERP software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.
