Project Manager (Data Center Cooling)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; Monday to Thursday onsite with colleagues, with the option to choose the work location on Fridays. Local travel during the business day is expected, and some projects may require out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 20%.

Annual base salary: $65,200–$93,660.

What you will do

• Manage complex project execution from inception to conclusion, including budget, schedule, risk mitigation, and production.
• Coordinate and direct project kickoffs and lead execution plans.
• Review scopes of work, contracts, specifications, and supplementary client documentation, ensuring changes remain within delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal resources, clients, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and technicians during execution.
• Manage client relationships, deliverables, and expectations; generate reports and communicate risks and solutions to clients and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in construction, engineering, or a related management discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project, infrastructure, facilities, and/or construction management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related management discipline.
• Five years of experience in the power, oil and gas, data center, and/or district energy industries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
