Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Montreal, Canada; full-time onsite availability is required. This role is not remote or hybrid.

hirify.global develops satellite-based navigational intelligence and real-time, centimeter-level positioning infrastructure through its Pulsar low-Earth-orbit PNT system.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offers, for technical and non-technical roles supporting the Montreal-based team.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Build, maintain, update, and improve scalable talent acquisition processes and recruitment email templates using Ashby.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offers through Ashby.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and virtual and in-person hiring events.
• Represent hirify.global’s mission, values, and culture throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting in a startup, high-growth organization, or technical environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace, satellite, GNSS, or deep-tech industries.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment, with a proactive and collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Montreal; remote and hybrid work are not available.
• For Canada roles, successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level and pass security assessments for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and ITAR.
