Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Bilingual Recruiter (French/English)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; onsite day-shift role with some travel required for hiring events.

Salary: CAD 57,500–107,500 annually.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer presentation, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics in the applicant tracking system and prepare salary offers with compensation and HR partners.
• Attend and support hiring events, including related travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience in active sourcing and full-cycle recruiting; or a graduate degree or equivalent with 2 years of related experience; or at least 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Eligibility for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations requirements.
