Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada / Hybrid. Full-time and permanent opportunity; only candidates located in Montreal will be contacted if selected.

hirify.global is a growing software company providing SaaS for buying, selling, and delivering out-of-home media.

What you will do

• Map competitive talent markets and build proactive candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing features.
• Design personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive talent and high-potential candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions, evaluate applicants, and conduct candidate pre-screening calls.
• Assist with creating and extending offers and manage contract execution through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate stages, data fields, and interview notes in Greenhouse.
• Support compliance, reporting metrics, and cross-functional coordination through reliable ATS administration.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Full professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience building complex candidate pipelines, conducting creative outreach, and converting passive prospects into successful hires.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI sourcing assistants or advanced sourcing tools.
• Recruiting experience in an agency setting or a fast-growing SaaS environment.
