Analyst III, Workday ERP

Location: Remote

Salary: $97,000–$130,000 annually, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, project teams, IT, vendors, and architects to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead business case development and requirements documentation aligned with system strategy, organizational goals, and the potential impact of system changes or upgrades.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirements through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Prepare requirements, test strategies, and risk assessments in line with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and technical teams on solution design, system performance validation, and implementation.
• Identify and implement Workday-related improvements, automation, and user experience enhancements while mentoring other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or an IT-related major, business, finance, or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
• Five or more years of job-related experience, including at least three years of Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
• IIBA certification or demonstrated equivalent with a business analysis focus.
• Experience with large-group meeting facilitation and a strong concentration in business or systems analysis.
• Experience with business process or system design and implementation.
• Initiative and ownership of business analysis and other relevant project deliverables.
• Ability to learn and understand internal stakeholders’ priorities, challenges, methods, and processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• System life cycle management experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Time and Expense, and other Workday modules.
• Workday PRO certifications.
• Software systems selection experience.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience across Workday PSA, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Time and Expense, and other Workday modules.
