Senior Analyst - SAP Financials

Location: Remote

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

hirify.global supplies building materials, value-added components, and building services to the professional market and is undertaking a multi-year transformation to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, implement, test, and control SAP Financials solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable and Serrala Cash Application.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, functional designs, and financial program analyses.
• Configure and support customer master data, invoicing, payment processing, dunning, credit management, reporting, and AR integrations.
• Streamline AR processes, reduce manual intervention, and implement enhancements, automation, and third-party payment-processing integrations.
• Develop and execute functional and integration test scripts, support implementations, and collaborate with process teams, cross-functional leaders, and external vendors.
• Resolve system issues and production outages while applying design thinking and process redesign to improve the end-user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–9 years of experience overseeing SAP Financials configuration.
• Experience with multiple full-life-cycle SAP implementations using ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
• Strong experience designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Record to Report areas, including in-depth SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable knowledge covering invoicing, credit management, payment processing, collections, and financial-module integration.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Serrala Cash Application, including document-management workflows and implementation best practices.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution integration for billing and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency creating queries or reports for AR reporting.
• Strong experience with IDoc processing and working knowledge of BAPIs and BADIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, strategic-analysis, and critical-analysis skills; ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships.
