Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain production-ready full-stack features, backend services, web applications, and internal growth tools.
• Design, deploy, and evaluate experiments across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and retention.
• Apply statistical inference and causal reasoning to A/B test results, identify confounding factors, and communicate uncertainty.
• Implement event tracking, instrumentation, product analytics, and data-quality auditing.
• Integrate advertising platforms, CRMs, databases, and third-party tools through REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design partners to turn growth objectives into testable engineering roadmaps while maintaining data security, privacy, observability, and governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern web applications, scalable backend APIs, and working with relational databases.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on scripting or analytical experience with Python, R, or equivalent modern data tools.
• Practical knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, statistical inference, and causal reasoning.
• Hands-on experience implementing product analytics instrumentation, event pipelines, and data-quality audits.
• Solid experience architecting third-party integrations with webhooks, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Ability to translate complex data findings and technical tradeoffs into actionable business and product insights.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development and analytical tooling, supported by sound judgment on validation and security.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PostHog, CRM platforms, marketing automation engines, Conversion APIs, or server-side tracking.
• Familiarity with CAC, LTV, churn and retention curves, and ROAS.
• Understanding of incrementality testing, conversion lift studies, and attribution model nuances.
• Consulting, client-facing delivery, or regulated-environment experience, including healthcare or fintech.
