Principal Full Stack Engineer (B2B eCommerce)

hirify.global distributes electronic components and products through an open market, sourcing, inspecting, testing, and delivering components to OEMs, CMs, and ODMs.

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end B2B commerce features across the Next.js, React, and TypeScript customer site, Python GraphQL backend, and REST services.
• Own search and discovery, catalog and pricing, quoting and RFQ, cart and checkout, order status, and internal administration workflows.
• Build AI agents and LLM features with the Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP, including cost management, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Operate Azure services and active/active regional infrastructure using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure Container Registry.
• Improve testing, observability, alerting, security, and production issue resolution across the site, portal, APIs, and event-driven services.
• Own application architecture, document decisions, resolve bugs, and partner with business stakeholders and the data team on requirements and feasibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building or running B2B eCommerce or other commercial systems involving catalogs, pricing, quoting, orders, checkout, or ERP integration.
• Expert relational database skills covering schema design, query tuning, and concurrency; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Hands-on Azure or equivalent cloud experience with containerized services and Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Experience building with LLMs or agents and daily practical use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, with sound judgment when verifying generated output.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, and Agile/Kanban delivery.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Distribution or marketplace commerce experience, especially complex pricing, quoting, or inventory.
• Experience with Algolia, HubSpot, or event-driven architecture.
• Electronic components or supply chain domain knowledge.
