Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: Remote from Spain; A Coruña

What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.
• Build new features, MVPs, scalable applications, and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcriber optimization.
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations to ensure seamless customer functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored solutions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while continuously improving solutions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
